Welcome to Suba Knives – a journey in Japanese knife craftsmanship!

After four years in Japan, Steffen Bach – with a passion for perfection and respect for tradition – has settled in Frederiksberg to share his knowledge and love for Japanese kitchen knives.

At Roskildevej 42b, right by Copenhagen Zoo, Steffen Bach opens the doors to a place where personal guidance and good craftsmanship go hand in hand.

At Suba Knives, you don’t just get the opportunity to see and try Japanese kitchen knives. The workshop is also a place for those looking for something special, whether you’re a dedicated knife enthusiast, a new culinary student or just looking for a gift that really makes an impression.
