Payment Methods
We do not charge card fees. The amount will only be withdrawn from your card once the item is shipped.
Shipping
We deliver via GLS to business addresses, private addresses, and parcel shops.
Orders are shipped every weekday and will typically be delivered within 1-2 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 30-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.
The withdrawal period expires 30 days after the day you receive your item. If you have ordered multiple items in one order but they are delivered separately, the withdrawal period starts from the day you receive the last item.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be in unused condition.
You must notify us within 30 days of receipt if you wish to cancel your purchase. You can do this by sending an email to Steffen@subaknives.com or by using the standard withdrawal form, which can be found at the bottom of these terms and conditions.
You cannot withdraw from the purchase simply by refusing to receive the goods without notifying us.
Partial Order Cancellation
If you have purchased multiple items, you have the option to return one or more items, even if they were purchased in a single order.
Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded if you cancel only part of your order.
Returns and Refunds
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal (within 30 days), you have 14 days to return the item.
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, and you are liable if the item is damaged during transport.
We recommend returning the item in its original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this may result in a reduction of the refund amount.
Refund Process
If you withdraw from your purchase, we will refund your payment. If the item is returned in a condition that reduces its value, we will deduct an appropriate amount.
We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs incurred by selecting a more expensive delivery option than our standard shipping), within 14 days from the date we receive your withdrawal notice.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned item or proof that it has been shipped.

Warranty – Up to 10 Years
As a customer, you have a two-year statutory warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. However, with Suba Knives’ 10-year warranty, you receive even greater protection. This extended warranty allows you to file a complaint about faults or defects for up to ten years from the delivery date. Please remember to keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
If your claim is justified, you may be eligible for repair, replacement, a refund, or a price reduction, depending on the specific situation.
If the claim is accepted, we will refund your reasonable shipping costs. The item must always be returned in proper packaging. Please remember to obtain a shipping receipt to ensure we can reimburse your return shipping costs.
