10-Year Warranty
As a customer, you are entitled to a two-year warranty under Danish consumer law, but with Suba Knives’ ten-year warranty, you are even better protected. This warranty allows you to make claims regarding any faults or defects up to ten years from the date of delivery. Just remember to keep your invoice.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, meaning physical faults or defects in the product from the date of delivery. You must present the original invoice as proof of purchase to make a warranty claim. The warranty applies only to private use and is valid only for the original purchaser.
When does the warranty not apply?
The warranty does not cover products that have been improperly stored or used, misused, altered, or cleaned with incorrect methods or products. It also does not cover damage or faults resulting from lack of or incorrect maintenance, contrary to the care instructions.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by impact or accidents. It is also not valid if the products are used in outdoor or humid environments.
