10-Year Warranty
As a customer, you are entitled to a two-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. However, with Suba Knives’ ten-year warranty, you receive even greater protection. This warranty allows you to report any faults or defects for up to ten years from the date of delivery. Just remember to keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers material and manufacturing defects, meaning any physical faults or deficiencies in the product from the date of delivery. To make a warranty claim, you must present the original invoice as proof of purchase. The warranty applies only to private use and is valid only for the original purchaser.
What Is Not Covered by the Warranty?
The warranty does not cover products that have been improperly stored or used, misused, modified, or cleaned with unsuitable methods or products. Additionally, it does not cover damage or defects resulting from insufficient or incorrect maintenance, as outlined in our care instructions.
The warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear, scratches, or damage caused by impact or accidents. It also does not cover products used in outdoor or humid environments.
