Genuine Japanese craftsmanship, made in Denmark

It is with great pride that I present these knives, which in many ways are the culmination of my 4 years of apprenticeship in Japan. Here you will find a selection of knives forged in Japan by various skilled artisans, which we receive as “blanks,” and from there I, Steffen, add my craftsmanship as a bladesmith by thinning, polishing, sharpening, engraving, and much more.

It is with great pride that I present these knives, which in many ways are the culmination of my 4 years of apprenticeship in Japan, and an additional 2 years of waiting to acquire various sharpening stones and tools for the workshop.
